These terms apply to the current Pool Pro promotion offering a free robotic pool cleaner with eligible Neptune Full Inverter Heat Pumps. This promotion is valid only for purchases of eligible Neptune Full Inverter Heat Pumps from authorised and participating Pool Pro stockists in QLD, NSW, ACT, and VIC during the promotional period, running from the launch date through 30 June 2026. Participating stockists may choose when to commence the promotion in-store. As such, the promotion start date may vary between stockists. When you purchase any eligible heat pump during the promotional period, you will receive the corresponding Robotic Pool Cleaner listed below at no additional cost. This promotion may not be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or special pricing, at the discretion of the participating stockist. Upgrades to the robotic pool cleaner may be available at an additional cost, please speak to your local stockist for options. Both the heat pump and robotic pool cleaner will be shipped from the Pool Pro warehouse and supplied by the stockist once the items arrive. The bonus robotic pool cleaner is limited to one per heat pump purchased and cannot be redeemed retrospectively. The stated value of the robotic pool cleaners refers to their recommended retail prices (RRP). All prices are in AUD and include GST. No rainchecks, refunds, or exchanges apply to promotional items. Pool Pro reserves the right to modify, audit, or withdraw the promotion and these terms at any time without prior notice. If the eligible robotic pool cleaner is temporarily unavailable, there may be a delay in receiving it. Once it becomes available, the participating stockist will notify you.
